The Hunger Games is one of my favorite movie other than rest. This film is so amazing that even got me in tears. The story tells when in a dystopian future, the totalitarian nation of Panem is divede into 12 districts and the Capitol. Each year two young representatives from each district are selected by lottery to participate in The Hunger Games. Part entertaiment, part brutal retribution for a past rebellion, the televised games are broadcast troughout Panem. The 24 participants are forced to eliminate their competitors while the citizens of Panem are required to watch.When 16-year-old Katniss' young sister, Prim, is selected as District 12's female representative, Katniss volunteers to take her place. She and her male counterpart, Peeta, are pitted againts bigger, stronger representatives, some of whom have trained for this their whole lives. The visual of this film is like real with an amazing sound effect. It feels like you experience what Katniss did. The story line that gives different vibes also a great point of this film. Jennifer Lawrence acted so well in this film she become more intens when it comes to acting. Negative spot in this film is this film has plenty of gore scene so this film rated-R that children can not watch this film. This film is truly amazing with a great plot that you can not expect. The director doing his great job to leading the staff and artist as well. Its soundtrack also a good part of this film.

I love every scene when Katniss pull an arrow on the bow. She looks so brave as a girl and beautiful as always.

This is scene when Katniss turn her gown with fire it caught my eyes the most. I never saw that gown before, thats why I amazed with this gorgeous gown.

It all starts when a potential customers found us or email us to make an enquiry about our products. We provide them to see information then call them a price. Normally, was in 48 hours If they want to stand the products. The customer then places the order and we began to process it. Obviously, we checked first of all at that the product to all the products are in stock, and then we confirm the order list to customer and give them the delivery date. They say agree if it’s the date, we package the goods and ship them to the customer. Our customer can track the progress of their order at any moment in real time using our online tracking service. We then deliver the shipment to the customer, hopefully to the right address list invoice attached. We then ask them to pay the invoice in within 30 days. Fortunately, most of them do.

Complaining Conversation (Theme 2)

Latifah      : Morning.
Lastriana  : Morning Miss.
Latifah      : Could you give me the key for room 101 that I booked last week?
Lastriana  : May I know your name Miss?
Latifah      : My name is Latifah, I booked for a single room last week.
Lastriana  : Okay wait a minute. Sorry Miss.. but we have no recorded of your booking.
Latifah      : Well I'm afraid I want to make a complaint about this. I booked the room by my self a week ago, and I have payment invoice to prove it. May I speak to your Manager?
Lastriana  : Ok. Of course.


Lastriana  : Sorry sir, there are customer who want to meet you.
Irfan         : ya I will go there.
Irfan         : Ok Miss, can I help you?
Latifah     : ya, I want to complain.
Irfan         : yes please, what is yor problem?
Latifah     : I had booked a room here last week, but my order was not recorded, and I also had to paid lodging for one night. Here my payment.
Irfan         : Can I check it first? Wait a minute Miss. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Latifah     : Its okay.


Irfan         : Sorry Miss, it is true that you've booked a room here, but this was recorded booking for the date of 22nd, it means the day after tomorrow, because today is 20th.
Latifah     : ya? can I see? Oh I see. I apologize for my mistake. Well I will go back again the next day. Thank you.
Irfan        : Its okay. Thank you for coming.
Latifah    ; Okay. Urwell.

PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA EKONOMI

" Penyelesaian Sengketa Ekonomi "

-Pengertian Sengketa Ekonomi-

Sengketa Ekonomi biasanya ditafsirkan sebagai sebuah masalah yang terjadi dalam ranah perekonomian sebuah Negara, secara khusus Sengketa Ekonomi diartikan sebagai sebuah konflik atau pertentangan yang terjadi berkaitan dengan masalah-masalah ekonomi.

Sebelum membahas mengenai Sengketa Ekonomi, terlebih dahulu dipahami definisi dari sengketa, dimana di dalam KBBI sengketa adalah sesuatu yang menyebabkan perbedaan pendapat, pertengkaran, perbantahan, perkara yang kecil dapat juga menimbulkan perkara besar. Dari definisi tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sengketa adalah perilaku pertentangan antara dua orang atau lebih yang mana nantinya dapat menimbulkan suatu akibat hukum dan karenanya dapat diberi sanksi hukum untuk salah satu diantara keduanya.

-Cara Penyelesaian Sengketa Ekonomi-

Penyelesaian sengketa dapat ditempuh melalui cara-cara sebagai berikut:

1.  Negosiasi / Perundingan
Negosiasi adalah komunikasi dua arah yang dirancang untuk mencapai kesepakatan pada saat  kedua belah pihak memiliki berbagai kepentingan yang sama atau berbeda.
2. Enquiry / Penyelidikan
Enquiry atau penyelidikan adalah merupakan kegiatan untuk mencari fakta yang dilakukan oleh pihak ketiga.
3. Mediasi
Mediasi adalah proses penyelesaian sengketa melalui proses perundingan atau mufakat para pihak dengan dibantu oleh mediator yang tidak memiliki kewenangan memutus atau memaksakan sebuah penyelesaian.
4. Konsiliasi
Konsiliasi adalah usaha untuk mempertemukan keinginan pihak yang berselisih untuk mencapai persetujuan dan menyelesaikan perselisihan tersebut.
5. Arbitrasi
Arbitrasi adalah salah satu jenis alternatif penyelesaian sengketa dimana para pihak menyerahkan kewenangan kepada pihak yang netral yang disebut arbiter untuk memberikan putusan.

-Perbandingan Antara Perundingan dan Legitasi-

Negosiasi atau bisa disebut juga dengan Perundingan merupakan cara penyelesaian sengketa dimana para pihak yang bersengketa saling melakukan kompromi untuk menyuarakan kepentingannya. Dengan cara kompromi tersebut diharapkan akan menghasilkan Win-Win Solution dan akan mengakhiri sengketa tersebut secara baik. Sedangkan Legitasi merupakan sistem penyelesaian sengketa melalui Lembaga Peradilan. Sengketa yang terjadi diperiksa dan diputuskan melalui jalur legitasi oleh hakim. Melalui sistem ini tidak mungkin akan dicapai Win-Win Solution (solusi yang memperhatikan kedua belah pihak) karena hakim harus menjatuhkan putusan diamana salah satu pihak akan menjadi pihak yang menang dan pihak yang lain menjadi pihak yang kalah. Kebaikan dari Legitasi adalah ruang lingkup pemeriksaannya yang luas karena menghubungkan dengan lembaga-lembaga peradilan negara, biaya yang relatif lebih murah, cepat, dan tuntas. Selain itu terdapat pula kelemahannya yaitu kurangnya kepastian hukum karena adanya hirarki peradilan negara, sehingga butuh waktu yang lama untuk bisa mencapai keputusan hukum yang tetap. Dan dalam menyelesaikan masalah sengketa, hakim yang digunakan haruslah hakim yang pintar dan berpengalaman, sehingga sengketa dapat dengan tuntas diselesaikan dalam waktu yang cepat.
