Complaining Conversation (Theme 2)



Latifah      : Morning.
Lastriana  : Morning Miss.
Latifah      : Could you give me the key for room 101 that I booked last week?
Lastriana  : May I know your name Miss?
Latifah      : My name is Latifah, I booked for a single room last week.
Lastriana  : Okay wait a minute. Sorry Miss.. but we have no recorded of your booking.
Latifah      : Well I'm afraid I want to make a complaint about this. I booked the room by my self a week ago, and I have payment invoice to prove it. May I speak to your Manager?
Lastriana  : Ok. Of course.


Lastriana  : Sorry sir, there are customer who want to meet you.
Irfan         : ya I will go there.
Irfan         : Ok Miss, can I help you?
Latifah     : ya, I want to complain.
Irfan         : yes please, what is yor problem?
Latifah     : I had booked a room here last week, but my order was not recorded, and I also had to paid lodging for one night. Here my payment.
Irfan         : Can I check it first? Wait a minute Miss. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Latifah     : Its okay.


Irfan         : Sorry Miss, it is true that you've booked a room here, but this was recorded booking for the date of 22nd, it means the day after tomorrow, because today is 20th.
Latifah     : ya? can I see? Oh I see. I apologize for my mistake. Well I will go back again the next day. Thank you.
